How long does the funding and withdrawal process for Cash+ Flexi take?

When the deposit request is received before 9:0 am HKT on a business day, you will see your funds credited to your Cash+ Flexi portfolio within 1-2 business days. It will take one extra business day if the deposit request is received after 9:00 am HKT.

Do note that when funding in Hong Kong Dollar on a US or HK public holiday, it will take an additional 1 business day.

Withdrawal

If the request is received before 8:00 am HKT on a business day, your proceeds are usually credited to your designated bank account within 1-2 business days. It will take one extra business day if the withdrawal request is received after 8:00 am HKT.

Do note that when withdrawing in Hong Kong Dollar on a US or HK public holiday, it will take an additional 1 business day.
