How do I create a recurring transfer from Syfe Cash+ Flexi to other portfolios?

Setting up recurring transfer from Cash+ Flexi

  1. Log in to the Syfe App
  2. Select “Menu”
  3. Select “Manage Funds”
  4. Select “Set up recurring transfer”
  5. Select “Transfer from” portfolio and “Transfer to” portfolio
  6. Enter “Amount”
  7. Select “Frequency”
  8. Select “Set Up” to confirm

What happens after I have set up a recurring transfer from Cash+ Flexi?

On your chosen date each month, an internal transfer from your Cash+ Flexi portfolio to your chosen portfolio will be executed automatically. Please note that the internal transfer from Cash+ Flexi will be completed within 2-3 working days.

Example:

  • Jan 1: Set up a recurring transfer of HK$1000 from Cash+ Flexi portfolio to Equity100 portfolio starting Jan 1, 2025.

This means on the 1st of every month, starting from Jan 1, an internal transfer of $1000 will be automatically executed.


Can I set up more than one recurring transfer?

Yes, you can create multiple transfers from your Cash+ Flexi portfolio to your desired Syfe investment portfolios.
For instance, you may create a recurring transfer from your Cash+ Flexi portfolio to your Core portfolio on the 1st of every month. You may then add another recurring transfer from your Cash+ portfolio to your Core portfolio on the 15th of every month.
You have full flexibility to set up multiple transfers and edit them anytime.


Will there be any additional charges for recurring transfers?

No, there are no additional charges for recurring transfers.
