Here's a summary of how it works:

Create a Cash+ Fixed portfolio by choosing the base currency of your choice.
Select the term of your choice (from 1, 3 and 6 months) on Syfe App.
Add funds into your portfolio.
Once we process your funds into the portfolio, the portfolio will be automatically locked and queued for investment.
Your funds will be invested within one business day.
- Funds received before 9 AM HKT on a business day will be invested on the same day. Funds received after 9 AM HKT will be invested on the next business day.
- To illustrate, any funds received by Syfe between today at 9 AM HKT and tomorrow 9 AM will be invested tomorrow afternoon, provided tomorrow is a business day.
- If you fund on a weekend or on a public holiday, funds will be invested on the next business day.
Over the chosen term, you'll have the flexibility to decide whether you want to reinvest or not when the term concludes. If you opt not to reinvest, your funds will stay in the portfolio until you determine your next course of action, which may be reinvesting for another term at the prevailing rate, withdrawing, or reallocating your funds.

Once your investment begins, the fixed return and rate will not change during the entire duration of the investment.
