After the Cash+ Fixed HKD is funded and invested, you will not have the option to make withdrawals until the fixed term ends.

We will reach out to you if we identify subsequent top-ups made into the same investment after funds have been locked and invested. You may create a new Cash+ Fixed HKD investment and let us move the funds into that or have the funds sent back to you. We also recommend you edit the transfer plan to avoid this scenario in the future.

By creating multiple Cash+ Fixed investments, you create a “ladder” of maturity dates for your multiple Fixed investments, giving you the flexibility to access funds and take advantage of fluctuating interest rates.
