Cash+ Fixed is an investment management service available in HKD and USD, where your funds are placed in fixed deposits with leading banks in Hong Kong. The displayed rate represents the fixed return you will receive on your investment at the end of the term.

Here's a summary of how it works:

1. Create a Cash+ Fixed portfolio by choosing the base currency of your choice. 
2. For HKD/USD choose the term of your choice (from 1, 3 and 6 months) on Syfe App.
3. Add funds into your portfolio.
4. Once we process your funds into the portfolio, the portfolio will be automatically locked and queued for investment.
5. Your funds will be invested within one business day. If funds are received before 9 AM HKT on a business day, they will be invested on the same day. Funds received after 9 AM HKT will be invested on the next business day. If you fund on a weekend or public holiday, your investment will be processed on the next business day.

Over the chosen term, you have the flexibility to decide whether to reinvest upon maturity.

If you choose not to reinvest, your funds will remain in the portfolio until you decide on your next step, whether it be reinvesting for another term at the prevailing rate, withdrawing, or reallocating your funds.
