Once you add funds to a Cash+ Fixed portfolio and select a fixed term, the funds are locked in a time deposit with our partner bank until the term ends. This ensures you receive the fixed return rate.
Withdrawal Process and Timeline:
- Maturity Date:
- When your Cash+ Fixed portfolio matures (e.g., after 3 months), you can choose to reinvest, transfer funds to another Syfe portfolio, or withdraw into a new term.
- On the maturity date, as that date is also counted as an interest calculator date, you are only able to make a withdrawal request after 3 PM HKT.
- Processing Time:
- If you request a withdrawal on the maturity date, we typically transfer funds to your bank account within 2-3 business days.
- During the term, early withdrawals are not permitted. -
