The exact number of days your investment earns returns depends on your investment start date and whether the maturity date falls on a business day.
Here’s how it works:
- Cash+ Fixed follows calendar months for term calculation (e.g., 6 months from the investment date).
- If the maturity date falls on a non-business day (e.g., weekend or public holiday), your investment will mature on the next business day.
- This can result in a slight variation in the total number of days your funds are invested.
📌 Example:
If you invest on 8 March 2024 for a 6-month term:
Maturity date: 8 September 2024 (Sunday)
Actual maturity: 9 September 2024 (Monday)
Total duration: 185 days
If another person invests on 12 March 2024 for the same term:
Maturity date: 12 September 2024 (Thursday)
Total duration: 184 days
Your investment will earn returns based on the actual number of days between the start and maturity date.
