Once your portfolio has matured, navigate to your portfolio page and you are able to select your next step, as shown below.

If you selected reinvest before 9 AM on the day of maturity:

On the day of maturity, after 3 PM HKT, your total value will be reinvested into the new term that you selected above. This means that your funds will get auto reinvested allowing you to earn interest on your investment without any delay.

If your would like to withdraw to bank: 

As the maturity date is also counted as an interest calculator date, you are only able to make a withdrawal request after 3 PM HKT. We will typically transfer funds to your bank account within 1-2 business days.
