How do I update my email address or contact number?

You may update your personal details via your Syfe App by following the steps below.

Log in to the Syfe App
Select “Menu”
Click on “>” inside the blue rectangle
You can now edit your email and phone number

Kindly note a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number. You will need to enter the OTP onto the verification page before you can update your mobile number or email.
