How do I deposit into my Syfe account?

First, please ensure you have a portfolio within your Syfe account. If not, please select "Add Portfolio" and select a portfolio of your choice. 

Your Syfe account can be funded in both HKD or USD, following these steps:

  1. Login to the Syfe app
  2. Select “Add Funds”
  3. Select currency (HKD / USD)
  4. Enter deposit amount
  5. Under Portfolio, allocate your funds into your portfolios of choice, e.g., 50% in Cash+ Flexi and 50% in Income+ Pure
  6. Select “Transfer” to confirm your plan
  7. Make a bank transfer from your personal bank account.
  8. Once done, select “I’ve Transferred”

Note: If you edit your transfer plan while a previous transfer is still processing, a pop-up will appear showing your most recent transfer amount. By tapping “Proceed”, your pending and future deposits will follow your latest allocation.

Does Syfe accept transfers made from FPS, PayMe or cheque deposit? 
No, Syfe only accepts online bank transfers from an account registered under your name. We currently do not accept the following payment methods: FPS, AlipayHK, PayMe, credit card, ATM deposit, or cheque deposit.
