Can I fund my account from a third-party or joint bank account?

In accordance with SFC rules and regulations, Syfe does not accept fund transfers from third party bank accounts

Also, at this point in time, we do not support fund transfers from joint bank accounts. So, all deposits must be transferred from a bank account registered under your own name.

 

What Happens If I Transfer from a Third-Party or Joint Account?

If Syfe receives a transfer from an account that is not in your name, the funds will be:

    • Returned to the remitting account or the person who made the transfer.
    • You may then make a new transfer from your own bank account.

Tip: Always ensure your bank account matches the name registered with Syfe to avoid delays.
