If I submit a ‘full withdrawal’ request, then will I get the full amount currently displayed in my portfolio?

Will I receive the exact amount shown in my dashboard when I submit a full withdrawal or internal transfer?
The final amount you receive may differ slightly from the portfolio value displayed at the time of submission. This variation is due to several standard factors in the investment process:

 

Daily Market Fluctuations
Your portfolio value is subject to daily changes based on market movements. Once we receive your withdrawal or internal transfer request, Syfe will begin liquidating the underlying assets within 1 to 2 business days.

  • The execution timeframe may vary depending on the specific portfolio.
  • Asset prices may rise or fall during this period, affecting the final amount.
  • The payout will reflect the prevailing market prices at the time of sale, not the value shown at submission.

Dividends
If your portfolio includes funds or ETFs, you may be entitled to dividends—periodic distributions from the companies you’re invested in.

  • If a dividend has been declared but not yet received at the time of withdrawal, we will include it in your payout.
  • Should there be any discrepancy once the actual dividend is received, we will credit the difference to your account.

Bonus
You’re eligible for a promotional bonus if you have used any promotion code and maintained your portfolio for at least 60 / 90 days.

  • We credit and invest the bonus within 2 weeks, rather than waiting 60 / 90 days.
  • If you do not meet the 60 / 90-day requirement, the bonus amount will be reversed from your portfolio.

Management Fees for Managed Portfolios
Syfe charges an annual flat management fee ranging from 0.35% to 0.65%, depending on your total invested amount.

  • This fee is calculated daily and deducted monthly.
  • Upon full withdrawal, any accrued but unpaid fees will be deducted from your final payout.

Trailer Fee Rebates
For products like Cash+ Flexi and Income+ Portfolios, Syfe rebates 100% of trailer fees received from our partners directly to you.

  • If a rebate is due but not yet received at the time of withdrawal, we will include the amount in your payout.
  • Once the rebate is received, your account records will be updated accordingly.

Bank Charges
Syfe does not charge withdrawal fees. However, certain bank-related charges may apply:

  • Withdrawals over HKD 1 million to a Hong Kong bank account are processed via RTGS, incurring a HKD 55 fee from our banking partner.
  • USD withdrawals via the CHATS RTGS platform also incur a HKD 55 fee.
  • Any additional fees imposed by your beneficiary bank are outside Syfe’s control and will be borne by the customer.
