How long does it take to withdraw funds from my Syfe portfolio?

When you request a withdrawal from your Syfe portfolio, the securities held must first be sold before the cash can be transferred to your bank account. The timeline for this process varies depending on the portfolio type:

  • Cash+ Fixed portfolios: Typically 2–3 business days
  • Cash+ Flexi portfolios: Typically 2-3 business days
  • Income portfolios: Typically 4–6 business days
  • Managed portfolios: Typically 4–5 business days

Please note that these timelines include the time required to redeem the assets and credit the funds to your bank account. Processing times may vary slightly depending on market conditions and bank operations.

 

To Track the Progress of Your Withdrawal

To monitor the status of your withdrawal:

  1. Log in to your Syfe account and navigate to the relevant portfolio.
  2. Scroll down and tap “Transactions”.
  3. If the "Cancel Request" button on the bottom of your screen is visible, you can tap to cancel the request.
  4. If the status is “Processing”, the withdrawal cannot be cancelled as it has already begun processing.
