Which banks or payment platforms does Syfe accept for fund transfers, and can FPS or PayMe be used?

Syfe only accepts fund transfers from banks in Hong Kong via e-banking.

We currently do not accept the following payment methods:

    • FPS
    • AlipayHK
    • PayMe
    • Credit card
    • ATM deposit
    • Cheque deposit

Any funds sent via these methods will be rejected. In such cases, we may contact you to provide a copy of your bank account statement to facilitate the return of funds.

Please note that all incoming transfers are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
