Which banks or platforms can I use to transfer funds?

Syfe only accepts online bank transfers from an account registered under your name.

We currently do not accept the following payment methods:

Joint bank accounts
Credit Cards
AliPayHK, PayMe, Revolut, Wise etc
ATM deposit or cheque deposit

Any funds sent via these methods will be rejected. In such cases, we may contact you to provide a copy of your bank account statement to facilitate the return of funds. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to be returned to you.
Please note that all incoming transfers are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
