You can only cancel your request if your request has not been processed yet. 
To cancel your withdrawal request:

1. Tap on your portfolio "Transactions" tab (expand arrow)
2. Tap on the withdrawal transaction
3. Tap on the "Cancel Request" button on the bottom of your screen
4. Tap on "Proceed" to submit the request to cancel your withdrawal request.
