How do I choose a bank account for withdrawals?

When submitting a withdrawal request, you can select which registered bank account you'd like your funds to be transferred to. Only bank accounts that have been successfully registered with Syfe can be used for withdrawals.

How do I register a new bank account?

To register a new bank account with Syfe, we are required to verify your identity in accordance with SFC (Securities and Futures Commission) regulations. Here's how:

• Manual Verification: Make a one-time deposit of no less than HKD 10,000 or USD 1,300 from the bank account you wish to register. This deposit serves as identity verification and confirms ownership of the bank account.
• iAM Smart Verification: Make a one-time deposit of any value from the bank account you wish to register. 

Once verified, the bank account will be added to your Syfe profile and available for future withdrawals.

Can I withdraw to a bank account that hasn’t been registered?

If you'd like to withdraw funds to a bank account that is not yet registered with Syfe, you’ll need to register it first. This ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and protects your account security.

Is there a limit on future deposits from this bank account?

No, once the bank account is successfully registered, there is no cap on future deposits from that account. You will also be able to withdraw funds to this account without any additional verification steps
