How long does it take for my deposit to reflect in Cash Balance?

When Syfe receives your funds, you will get a confirmation email and a push notification.

For existing clients: 

Your deposit will typically reflect in your Cash Balance as soon as we receive it. 

For new clients:

Your first deposit is subject to KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks and our processing cut-off:  

  • Deposits made before 9:00 AM HKT on a business day are typically processed on the same day.
  • Deposits made after 9:00 AM HKT, or on weekends/public holidays, will typically be processed in the 1 business day.

Once processed, your funds are credited to your Cash Balance, ready for you to invest whenever you like. 

 

If your deposit is taking longer

Deposits may occasionally take longer to process. Common reasons include:

  • The minimum deposit amount has not been met
  • Supporting documents are pending
  • Additional information is needed to verify your bank details
  • Other regulatory checks
