Cash Balance is a holding area within your Syfe account where your money sits before it is invested. Money in your Cash Balance is not invested and is not part of any portfolio.

Funds arrive in your Cash Balance when:

• You deposit money into your Syfe account. Funds are credited to your Cash Balance after they are received and processed, and we will notify you by app notification and email.
• You withdraw from a portfolio and choose to send the funds to your Cash Balance (instead of your bank account).

From your Cash Balance, you can:

• Allocate funds into any Syfe portfolio, whenever you are ready.
• Withdraw funds to your linked bank account.

Note :

• Cash Balance is not a Cash+ product. It is a holding account and does not earn interest or investment returns. 
• Your money stays in your Cash Balance until you choose to invest or withdraw it.
• HKD and USD are held as separate balances in your Cash Balance. Funds are credited to the balance matching their currency.
