• Why there might be some delay in dividend payout to your portfolios after the settlement date of dividends in the underlying bond funds of Syfe’s Income+?

  Syfe's Income portfolios are constructed using funds managed by leading asset managers, and each fund has its dividend payout schedule. Upon receiving the dividends (from our platform partners), Syfe has our own internal processes to ensure the dividends are correctly credited and reconciled, before paying the dividends to your portfolios.

   

  Syfe is very conscious of the data validations and, as such, has robust internal monitoring and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy for the dividends being received and paid out thereafter. Be rest assured, that you will receive dividends you are entitled to. There might be some delays in dividends being paid out since Syfe has to follow our strict internal controls or Syfe receives the dividends late from our platform partners.

• If I choose to payout, when is the monthly payout date to my bank account?

  For those who opt for payouts to their bank accounts, the portfolios will accumulate the dividends from the constituent funds on a monthly basis and pay the proceeds to clients’ bank accounts within the first 10 days of the following month.

• Can I change my payout preference from Reinvest to Payout?

  Yes, you can change your payout preference from reinvest to payout (or vice versa) in the Syfe Income+ portfolio. If you initially selected reinvestment but wish to switch to receiving the monthly payouts directly to your bank account, you should do it before the end of the month to be eligible for the payout within the first 10 days of the following month.

   

  To update your payout preference, you can do so through your Syfe account settings within the Income+ portfolio screen or by contacting Syfe's customer support.

• Is the target payout guaranteed? Could the payout number change in future?

  The target payout is not guaranteed. It's an estimate based on current market conditions, portfolio composition, and historical data. Like all investments, the Income+ portfolio's performance depends on market conditions, which can vary over time.

   

  The payout number could change in the future. It's important to monitor your investments and stay updated with any communications from Syfe about potential changes to payout targets or other portfolio attributes.
