If you need to make a complaint about our services, you can email our Complaint Officer (compliance.hk@syfe.com) or seek assistance from the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) (fdrc@fdrc.org.hk).
Please provide your client ID with a detailed description of the complaint so that we can record and investigate it. We will contact the customer within seven working days to explain and communicate the solution.
