We will never automatically debit funds from clients' bank accounts. For us to receive client funds, clients must either do a manual transfer using FPS payment or Bank transfer, or set up a standing instruction directly with their bank.
Because standing instructions are set up by you directly through your banking platform, making a full withdrawal of your Syfe account does not automatically cancel the standing instruction you created.
Furthermore, we do not have the authorization to make any changes to our clients' standing instructions, given the fact that these were set up through our clients' respective banking platforms.
