Are there fees for making a withdrawal?

Syfe does not charge any fees for withdrawing, adding, or transferring funds between your portfolios.

Our pricing model includes only a flat management fee (ranging from 0.35% to 0.65% per annum, based on your total invested amount), which is calculated daily and deducted monthly. There are no additional transaction, sales, or hidden charges from Syfe.

 

Bank Charges

HKD Withdrawals:

  • No additional fees are typically applied for HKD withdrawals to a local Hong Kong bank account.
  • However, for withdrawals exceeding HKD 1 million, the transfer is processed via Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), which may incur a fee of HKD 55 from our banking partner. This fee is borne by the customer.

 

USD Withdrawals:

  • To HSBC Bank Accounts in Hong Kong: No fees are charged by Syfe and generally no fees by HSBC for USD withdrawals to an HSBC bank account in Hong Kong.
  • To Non-HSBC Bank Accounts: If the withdrawal is processed through the local clearing platform in Hong Kong (CHATS) via Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), HSBC may charge a fee of HKD 55 for the outgoing payment. This fee is determined by HSBC and is subject to change. Customers are responsible for covering this fee.
