Updating your account information

  • At the login page for your Syfe account, you may click on 'Forget Password' to reset your password. You will be prompted to enter your registered Syfe email address to receive the instructions needed to reset your password.

  • Please email us at if you need to update your particulars. Kindly provide us with an updated copy of proof of address statement (issued within 3 months) as well.

    Upon receiving your request and updated documents, we will update your residential address within 2 business days. You will also receive a confirmation email once it is successfully updated.

  • You may update your personal details via your Syfe dashboard by following the steps below.

    1. After you have logged in to the Syfe mobile platform. Click on the top right corner. IMG_8715.PNG
    2. You may then click on the edit icon beside your name​​.
    3. Next, you can enter your new mobile number and press update.
    4. Kindly note an OTP will be sent to your new mobile number. You will need to enter the OTP onto the verification page before the new mobile number can be updated.
    5. Once done, the confirmation screen will appear to confirm your request has been processed.
